The Butterfly Education Team traveled over 1,000 miles this school year to present to over 45 schools throughout San Diego County.  One of the most amazing presentations took place at Central Elementary in National City.  The 6th grade students impressed the Ed Team with their incredible amount of knowledge of the Holocaust.  They were especially eager to learn about UPSTANDERS in the Holocaust.  Three members of the National City Police Department attended the presentation and painted butterflies with the students.  They spoke of the significance and importance of the messages presented by the Education Team about being an Upstander and expressing Kindness toward others.  The Butterfly Installation will occur at the National City Police Station at an upcoming date.
